DICOMAgentRouter sits between the local DICOM endpoint and the wide-area connection. It receives normal DICOM communication, protects the payload inside a quantum-safe tunnel, and returns normal DICOM at the destination.

Viewers, modalities, archives, and clinical applications continue to use familiar DICOM operations. Transport protection remains separate from the clinical systems on either side.
